To this day all but one of the cases remain unsolved, leading many to believe there is a serial killer or killers targeting women in Chicago. Through intimate interviews with families, activists, experts, politicians and police, THE HUNT FOR THE CHICAGO STRANGLER takes a deep dive into the murders and the close knit communities who have been victimized by fear and loss. Revealing the devastating emotional toll on families and residents, this three part special also explores a ground-breaking new system for tracking unsolved murders that is now signaling a red alert on an active serial killer in Chicago.
