My Life is Murder (Acorn TV Original)

Season 2 Premieres Monday, August 30

Starring award-winning actress Lucy Lawless (Xena: Warrior Princess, Spartacus), this fun, charming series returns for an eagerly-anticipated second season with all-new riveting mysteries, now set in beautiful Auckland, New Zealand (season one was based in Melbourne). My Life Is Murder brings retired detective Alexa Crowe (Lawless) back to her Kiwi roots, where she’s once again unable to resist when asked to look into a bizarre unsolved murder. Season 22, Part 2 (exclusively in the U.S. and Canada) Premieres Monday, September 27

Season 1 Premieres November 2021

Adapted from P.D. James’ bestselling and acclaimed Adam Dalgliesh Mystery novels, this intriguing new crime drama stars Bertie Carvel (Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Agatha Christie’s The Pale Horse, Doctor Foster) as the titular detective in three two-part films that each feature its own unique setting and extraordinary cast. Anna is a dystopian story of a ravaged world destroyed by a virus which kills adults but spares children. Set amongst parched fields and mysterious forests, the crumbling hulks of shopping malls and abandoned cities pierce deserted wide-open spaces on an island reclaimed by nature and run by savage communities of survivors, most of whom are children. Anna only has one guide: a book left by her mother with instructions on how to survive. Welcome Summer Rayne! WE tv is excited to release exclusive photos of the arrival of Lacey and Shane’s new baby from the two-hour season three finale of hit docuseries “Life After Lockup,” which aired Friday, March 12th.

Andrea & Lamar

After a family vote, Andrea and the kids finally made the move to Los Angeles with Lamar. Andrea will now have to accept the family decision and start her life in a city she doesn’t like. Lamar plans to take Tennison under his wing and teach him how to navigate the streets – and Andrea is determined to have Priscilla baptized in the Mormon faith – will they be seduced by the allure or will Mormon values win?

Marcelino & Brittany

Marcelino and Brittany are cramped in a small home with three young children– including a new baby. With tensions beginning to rise, Brittany has invited her mother back into her life after years of addiction sadly kept them apart. Now that she’s back in the picture and Brittany begins to rely on her, will her mother finally come through?

Angela & Tony

Tony’s weakness for drugs and prostitutes took a wrecking ball to their wedding dream and turned their newly married life into a nightmare, just 48 hours in. Tony tries everything to win his bride back, but Angela may have already moved on to another con who she has been involved with for years – even while saying “I do” to Tony. Meanwhile, her lovelorn best friend Tommy confronts Tony, but will that keep Tony out of the picture for good?

Lacey, John & Shane

After Shane revealed his secret about cheating to Lacey, she decided to kick him to curb and get back with John. Shane expressed there would be ‘no coming back from this.’ Now, after a couple of months of not seeing or speaking to one another, Lacey has news for Shane.

At the end of the last season, Sarah took a pregnancy test after she spent the night with Michael– an event that he continues to deny. Michael says he will be there for Baby Rayne’s first birthday party, and Sarah is planning a BIG surprise. NEW YORK, NY — April 23, 2020 — WE tv announced today that franchise hit “Love After Lockup: Life After Lockup” will debut an unprecedented, talent-filmed series later this year. The new miniseries will consist of four onehour episodes, created from self-shot footage using iPhone videos, Go Pros, Osmos, Skype video diaries and interviews, and more. The self-shot series is the latest in an ongoing effort as part of the network’s #WE Are Here 4 U initiative to entertain, inform, and connect with audiences during this unusual moment.
