Los Angeles, CA / New York, NY – February 18, 2021 – AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC and WE tv today announced upcoming premiere dates for several new and returning original series and specials, including AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead, Ride with Norman Reedus, the critically acclaimed first season of Gangs of London, following its highly successful run on AMC+; BBC AMERICA’s natural history special Snow Animals, animated special Doctor Who: Fury from the Deep and a new season of Top Gear; the final season of IFC’s sketch comedy series Baroness Von Sketch Show, the second season of Back and the 2021 Film Independent Spirit Awards; WE tv’s all-new original series The TS Madison Experience, the second season of Waka & Tammy: What the Flocka, and the highly anticipated fifth season of Mama June: Road to Redemption.

Ride with Norman Reedus Season 5

Premieres Sunday, March 7 at Midnight ET/11c on AMC and AMC+

Gangs of London

Premieres Sunday, April 4 at 10pm ET/9c on AMC

Gangs of London’s critically acclaimed first season takes audiences on an immersive journey into the hidden heart of the capital. The action-packed thriller debuted on AMC+ last fall for US audiences and quickly became one of the top 3 most-watched series on the service. Gangs of London has been renewed for a second season.

Set in the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic and multicultural cities, Gangs of London tells the story of a city being torn apart by the turbulent power struggles of the international gangs that control it and the sudden power vacuum that’s created when the head of London’s most powerful crime family is assassinated.

Fear the Walking Dead Season 6B

Following its successful premiere on Sundance Now last year and based on the bestselling novel by Michael Robotham, The Secrets She Keeps tells the story of two women who have a chance encounter in a supermarket in an affluent Sydney suburb. They are the same age, both heavily pregnant and due at the same time. Meghan (Jessica De Gouw, The Crown, Arrow) is a glamorous online influencer on the rise with an ambitious television sports reporter husband, Jack (Michael Dorman, Patriot, For All Mankind); Agatha (Laura Carmichael, Downton Abbey) works in the supermarket as a shelf stacker. Although they live near each other, the two women’s lives could not be more different. Doctor Who: Fury from the Deep

Premieres Sunday, March 21 at 6pm ET/5c on BBC AMERICA (all six half-hour episodes back-to-back)

Missing from the BBC Archives, this animated version of the 1968 classic sees the TARDIS land on the surface of the sea, just off the coast of England. The Doctor (Patrick Troughton, The Omen), along with his companions, Jamie (Frazer Hines, Two Days in the Smoke) and Victoria (Deborah Watling, The Invisible Man) use a rubber dinghy to get ashore, where they are shot with tranquilizer darts and taken prisoner by security guards as they have arrived in the restricted area of a gas refinery.

At the refinery base, run by a man named Robson (Victor Maddern, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), the Doctor learns that there have been a number of unexplained problems with the pressure in the feed pipes from the offshore drilling rigs. It is later revealed that one of the rigs has sucked up a parasitic form of seaweed, which is capable of releasing poisonous gas or a strange kind of foam that allows it to take control of the minds of those it touches.

Top Gear Season 30

Premieres in April on BBC AMERICA and AMC+

In their fourth season at the wheel of Top Gear, hosts Freddie Flintoff, Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinness hit the road again in a series of challenges designed to push them and their cars to the limit. This season sees the trio tackling the thorny issue of ‘mid-life crisis’ cars, heading to the Scottish Highlands on a punishing off-road adventure, celebrating and driving some of the most iconic cars from the James Bond films, and a nostalgic trip down memory lane as they drive their dads old cars. IFC will once again exclusively broadcast the Film Independent Spirit Awards hosted this year by Saturday Night Live’s Melissa Villaseñor. New this year, the ceremony will air on IFC in primetime on Thursday, April 22 at 10pm ET/9c, and will be available to stream simultaneously on AMC+. A Closer Look with Eric Benet – Premieres Thursday, February 25

A Closer Look is a music documentary series that profiles R&B, Soul, and Hip-Hop artists whose song(s) reached the top the billboard charts and re-shape the music industry. Through one-on-one interviews, music videos, performances, archival footage and more, the series will highlight the artist’s career from the beginning to present day. The third installment in the series features Grammy nominated singer/songwriter and actor Eric Benet premiering. Viewers will get a first-hand look into what was behind some of his most popular R&B songs and a music career that has spanned generations.

My Mane Problem – Premieres Thursday, March 4

Celebrity hairstylist Dr. Boogie – an industry veteran whose clients include Taraji P. Henson, Eve, and Vivica Fox – takes on cases of real people struggling with varying hair concerns from common extensions and wigs, to natural hair in need of some serious TLC such as chemical burns and infestations. Dr. Boogie will work with each individual to offer real solutions, hair care treatment plans, and ultimately, a new lease on life, in each of the 6 half-hour episodes.

Notorious Queens – Premieres Thursday, April 1

From “Growing Up Hip Hop” creator Datari Turner, the 6-episode, half-hour series follows four women who have been labeled “notorious” due to their past romantic relationships and intense media coverage, who work to leave behind their troublesome pasts and cultivate new experiences in all areas of their lives. The four central women featured will be Stormey Ramdhan, ex-fiancé and mother of two sons to Death Row CEO Marion “Suge” Knight; Tonesha Wright, recognized as “the first lady of BMF” (Black Mafia Family); R&B artist and former “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” cast member, La’Britney; and former “Basketball Wives” and “Bad Girls Club” cast member, Meghan James.

Stuck With You Season 2- Premieres Thursday, May 6

Labeled “worth a binge” by New York Amsterdam News, the 6-episode sophomore installment of the romantic dramedy stars Tammy Townsend and Timon Kyle Durrett, with a guest appearance by Vivica A. Fox. Last year, Candace and Luvell’s model marriage unraveled as their career was being catapulted to new heights. “Stuck With You” is written, directed and executive produced by Patricia Cuffie-Jones through her Diverge Entertainment production arm. Brenton Early serves as co-producer.

The Walking Dead Extended Season 10 – Premieres February 21

AMC+ will debut the first episode of The Walking Dead’s highly anticipated extended 10th season one week ahead of its linear premiere (Sunday, February 28).
