LOS ANGELES – OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today that it has ordered more than 85 new hours of content by picking up additional seasons of four popular series including “Belle Collective,” “Love & Marriage: D.C.,” “Love & Marriage: Huntsville,” and “Put A Ring On It.” The series will air during the network’s established Friday & Saturday night unscripted programming blocks throughout 2023 starting with “Love & Marriage: D.C.” in January.

In 2022 to date, OWN’s “Ready to Love,” “Belle Collective” and “Put A Ring On It” are Friday night’s top three original cable series with African-American Women 18+, driving OWN to be Friday night’s #1 cable network in the demo. All three series are achieving double-digit growth over last year in total viewers, with “Belle Collective” climbing +25% and “Put A Ring On It” up by +18%.

In 2022 to date, OWN’s “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” and “Love & Marriage: DC” are Saturday night’s top 2 original non-sports series across broadcast and cable with African-American Women 18+. “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” is OWN’s #1 series while “Love & Marriage: DC” is the network’s #1 freshman series across all key demos.

The 2-part season two reunion of “Belle Collective” will air on Friday, September 30 (Part One) and on Friday, October 7 (Part Two) @ 9pm ET/PT, while “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” continues with all-new season 3 episodes Saturdays at 9pm ET/PT.

However, Nicole fails to disclose that she and Jordan were once boyfriend and girlfriend — a conflict of interest that could end her own hopes of being made partner at her firm. To make matters worse, Nicole’s efforts to rehabilitate Jordan’s image are constantly undermined by Jordan’s shallow entertainment reporter fiancée.

Los Angeles, CA – OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today that the romantic anthology drama “Cherish the Day,” starring Joy Bryant and Henry Simmons, debuts a new story on Tuesday, October 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN. The series will air following “Queen Sugar,” now in its final season, making for a Tuesday night of two great television dramas. The first season of “Cherish the Day” ranked #1 in its time period across all of cable with Black women, households, and total viewers.

In anticipation for the return of the ARRAY Filmworks, Harpo Films and Warner Bros. Television-produced drama, OWN unveiled the season two key art and trailer.

“Cherish the Day” is an anthology series that chronicles the relationship of one couple. In season two, the rekindling of a romance is told – the love story of Ellis Moran (Henry Simmons) and Sunday St. James (Joy Bryant), who fell in love in high school but find themselves reunited in beautiful New Orleans. Ellis is a former basketball player who is now a single father of two, and Sunday is a vegetarian celebrity chef on the cusp of fame. Mandeville “MV” St. James (Richard Roundtree) is a proud, loving, wry-humored former judge and widowed father of Sunday, and Anastasia (Terri J. Vaughn) is Ellis’ soon-to-be ex-wife and the mother of their children.

The first season of “Cherish the Day” starred Xosha Roquemore, Alano Miller, and the legendary Cicely Tyson, and debuted in February 2020. The Ava DuVernay-led series achieved full gender parity with a production crew of more than 50% women, including 18 female department heads, an initiative DuVernay will continue in season two.

LOS ANGELES – OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network’s unscripted series “Family or Fiancé” returns for an emotional new season on Saturday, August 6 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT, with ten one-hour episodes featuring engaged couples and their families trying to get on the same page before walking down the aisle.

Hosted by renowned relationship coach Tracy McMillan, this high-stakes social experiment brings real-life couples and their disapproving families together for three days to unpack their differences. After coaching sessions and tasks designed to strengthen bonds, will the families’ renewed understanding persuade them to bless the couple’s happily-ever-after, or will they be forced to choose between family or fiancé?

The new season kicks off on August 6 with an episode featuring Shanika and Justin, a young couple ready to wed but unresolved family issues have put the celebration on hold. While Shanika attempts to reconcile with her estranged brother, Toney, information about her past, and a shocking story about a prior pregnancy and baby that disappeared, causes Justin and his family great concern. Shanika’s family is convinced that Justin might have second thoughts if he knew about all of the lies that Shanika has told in her past, and they are ready to expose it all.
