After a few additional stops along the way, they finally arrive and are thrilled to start this new chapter. Meanwhile, back at home, John David and Abbie get creative with their first-ever gender reveal!

Premiering on Sunday, June 14th at 8pm ET/PT, HAPPILY EVER AFTER? dives back into the lives of some of the franchise’s most popular couples as they continue to test the waters of their relationships while navigating life in America. The series adds to a full slate of 90 DAY FIANCÉ programming on two nights every week, including THE OTHER WAY and PILLOW TALK, and promises to build on the success of the franchise, which is breaking ratings records with the current season of BEFORE THE 90 DAYS. This past Sunday, May 17, BEFORE THE 90 DAYS crossed a 4.0 W25-54 rating for the second consecutive week (4.10), helping the network to rank #1 in all of TV on Sunday among W25-54/18-49/18-34. This marked a franchise high, as well as TLC’s highest rated telecast in 11 years with W25-54.

The first spinoff of the blockbuster 90 Day franchise, HAPPILY EVER AFTER? 90 DAY FIANCÉ: HAPPILY EVER AFTER? revisits the most memorable couples from previous seasons. The frenzied countdown to the altar may be behind them, but the real drama has just begun to unfold. Season five couples include:

Colt, 34 (Las Vegas, Nev.) and Larissa, 33 (Brazil)
Newly divorced, Colt has jumped right back into the dating world and has fallen for another Brazilian woman named Jess. With Colt traveling to Chicago to spend more time with Jess in person, things are starting to get serious, and Jess invites Colt to Brazil to get to know her family. However, Colt has been keeping his relationship a secret from his mom Debbie and is nervous how his protective mother will take the news. Will she be able to let go of the past and trust another Brazilian woman with her son’s heart?

Meanwhile, Larissa is single again after breaking up with her now ex-boyfriend Eric, and she’s focusing on enjoying her life in America, treating herself to some cosmetic surgeries, and even testing the waters on her first ever blind date. But when she realizes the single life isn’t for her, will Larissa jump back into things with an old flame?

Kalani, 31 (Washington, Utah) and Asuelu, 24 (Samoa)
Life is more hectic than ever for Kalani and Asuelu as the couple manages having two kids under two years old, and their relationship has certainly taken a toll. The couple struggles to get on the same page and Kalani’s family worries that Asuelu isn’t doing the best job of supporting her and their children. After realizing that some of Aseulu’s emotions are coming from his deeper-rooted home-sickness, Kalani and Asuelu make plans to reconnect with some of Asuelu’s family members. But things take a turn as more family issues bubble up, leading Kalani to her breaking point.

Tania, 30 (Colchester, Conn.) and Syngin, 30 (South Africa)
The honeymoon phase is short-lived for Tania and Syngin–as they were getting ready to move to another state, Tania got into a car accident, and they are now staying in Connecticut for a little longer. They’re over living in her mom’s shed, however, and decide to move into a place of their own. But moving out means paying rent, and with Tania’s injury preventing her from working, the pressure is all on Syngin to find a job. The stress of Tania’s injury and the couple’s financial struggles is getting to be too much for Syngin; plus, back in South Africa, his brother is sick, so he returns home for a visit, and a reluctant Tania tags along. With one disagreement after another, the couple isn’t sure if they’ll make it through the trip, or if it’s time for Syngin to stay in South Africa for good.

Elizabeth, 29 (Tampa, Fla.) and Andrei, 33 (Moldova)
After having baby Eleanor and feeling the weight of their ever-increasing financial responsibilities, Andrei is ready to take on a new role as a stay-at-home father while Elizabeth returns to work. It doesn’t take long, however, before Andrei decides that they’re due for some family time back in Moldova. The couple makes plans to travel to Moldova for a second wedding ceremony so that Andrei’s family can attend, and Elizabeth’s family is invited to come along. The family is taken by surprise however, especially when they find out that Andrei expects Elizabeth’s father to pay for it. Tensions rise as the big trip and wedding approach, and Elizabeth’s family uncovers a secret from Andrei’s past that makes her reluctant to follow through with the ceremony.

Paul, 35 (Louisville, Ky.) and Karine, 23 (Brazil)
After a few months of living in Brazil, Paul was finally able to sponsor Karine for a green card so that she can move to the United States. They are ready to pack up and leave Brazil, which Paul hopes is a permanent move. Karine is willing to take this leap and head over to the states for the first time in her life but worries that Paul might not be able to find a good job and help provide for their baby Pierre. Along with the uncertainty of their living situation, Karine is sad to be moving so far from her family and wonders if she’ll be able to handle the distance.

Angela, 53 (Hazlehurst, Ga.) and Michael, 31 (Nigeria)
Having started off their journey on BEFORE THE 90 DAYS, Angela and Michael have gone through hardship after hardship to pursue their happily ever after. With Michael’s K-1 Visa denied, Angela is faced with the tough decision of giving up her dream of an American wedding to marry Michael in Nigeria. But a scary new development with Angela’s fertility has the couple rethinking their commitment to each other. To make matters worse, Michael’s family worries that Angela is not a suitable wife for him and threatens their plan to tie the knot.

MORE MULTIPLES, MORE FUN – ‘OUTDAUGHTERED’ AND ‘SWEET HOMESEXTUPLETS’ RETURN

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
May 12, 2020

MORE MULTIPLES, MORE FUN – ‘OUTDAUGHTERED’ AND ‘SWEET HOMESEXTUPLETS’ RETURN AND BRING ALL KINDS OF ADORABLE TO TLC JUST IN TIME FOR SUMMER

–OUTDAUGHTERED Premieres Tuesday, June 2 at 9pm ET/PT–
–SWEET HOME SEXTUPLETS Premieres Tuesday, June 16 at 10pm ET/PT–

(Silver Spring, MD) — Tuesday nights have never been more crowded as TLC invites everyone’s favorite families of multiples into viewers’ homes with newepisodes of OUTDAUGHTERED and SWEET HOME SEXTUPLETS. Fans can catch up with the Busbys and America’s first, all-female quintuplets on the premiere of OUTDAUGHTERED on Tuesday, June 2 at 9pm ET/PT, with the season taking an unprecedented turn as the rise of the novel coronavirus takes hold, camera crews fall away and the family is forced to make difficult decisions for Blayke and the quints all while self-filming their new normal. Then, on Tuesday, June 16 at 10pm, the Waldrops and their nine children return with season three of SWEET HOME SEXTUPLETS.

OUTDAUGHTERED
With five almost five-year-olds and one precious preteen, life has always been hectic for the Busby family. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic began to affect life in Houston, the Busbys already had their plates full with new school schedules, approaching milestones and family trips to plan. The new season begins with the girls’ Father-Daughter Dance on the horizon, and Adam is determined to bring all six girls. But when he and Danielle worry that it might be too much for him to handle on his own, he has to break the bad news to the girls. Plus, with Riley moving ahead to kindergarten, the Busbys’ routine continues to grow more complicated. Making life ‘normal’ has never been easy for this family of eight; how will the Busbys handle this new chapter of life as each girl develops at her own pace?

Deciding to take a special family vacation to Wyoming, Blayke and quintuplets Ava, Olivia, Riley, Parker and Hazel are excited to see snow for the very first time and learn to ski. But when they return from their trip, the world comes to an abrupt halt with the fallout of the novel coronavirus. Quarantining with quints is a challenge that no parent can ever be fully prepared for. Plans for birthdays, Easter holiday and a potential eye procedure for Hazel begin to unravel as the family adjusts to the pandemic, shifts to homeschooling Blayke and the quints while trying to make the best decisions for the family’s health and safety. As Texas ramps up its safety measures with a stay-at-home order, the final episode of the season takes place using completely self-shot footage of the Busby family while the reality of quarantine and social distancing sets in.

SWEET HOME SEXTUPLETS
Big changes are afoot in the Waldrop household. With major home renovations underway, the family of 11 considers moving into a 1,500 square-foot mobile home for the duration of the construction. The move would mean substantially less space for the supersized family, and with the increasingly mobile babies approaching their “terrible twos,” every square-inch matters. They’re also ready to start potty training—a herculean task for parents of sextuplets under the best of circumstances. If they move into a mobile home, will Courtney and Eric be able to handle potty training six babies on portable potties?

Outside of the home, the sextuplets are starting preschool early, which Courtney and Eric hope will facilitate their continued development. And with money a little tight during home renovations, the family decides to hold one birthday extravaganza for all nine kids, since their birthdays all fall within a month of each other. But will Courtney and Eric be able to make each child feel special if they’re all sharing the spotlight?

–Ground-Breaking Relationship Format Helps Singles Find Love from the Comfort and Safety of their Couch–

(Los Angeles, CA)— America has grown accustomed to swiping left and swiping right, but what if you had the chance to find your soul mate while you are live on TV? On Sunday, May 10, TLC debuts a bold new entrant to its late-night lineup with FIND LOVE LIVE, an innovative new series that seeks to help singles find their future partner from the comfort and safety of their couch. The series airs live at 11pm ET/PT for three consecutive Sunday’s through May 24th.

Viewers can expect the unexpected with this unprecedented — and unpredictable — new series. America is invited to call in and log on immediately to try to win the hearts of the featured single onscreen, or weigh in and cheer on via social media, and get a peek inside the virtual first encounters of the resulting pairs.

“The runaway success of relationship programming like the ‘90 Day Fiancé’ franchise proves that the eternal story of love, of finding “the one,” continues to captivate viewers. Even in the days of social distancing, people want to make a meaningful connection and, hopefully, end up sharing their lives with that special someone,” said Howard Lee, President and GM of TLC. “And with the country staying home, what better way to celebrate love and togetherness, than helping singles find their match virtually and for the rest of us to root for them in the process.”

Originally scheduled to premiere earlier this month by utilizing a traditional full production crew, FIND LOVE LIVE will now air as a remote production. Hosted by Sukanya Krishnan (FOX5NY), the production of the show will follow strict social distancing guidelines. All dates will be virtual. TLC is dedicated to help our viewers to stay informed, stay safe and stay connected. We have partnered not only with No Kid Hungry but Love Is Louder so that people can stay both physically but mentally safe. Visit tlc.com/givealittle for resources.

MORE ABOUT FIND LOVE LIVE
During each episode of FIND LOVE LIVE, one pre-selected “singleton” will be given the opportunity to “interview” and flirt with three potential suitors live, via video, all in the hopes of finding Mr. or Ms. Right. America will also chime in via Twitter and play the role of matchmaker; viewers will be encouraged to cast their votes in real time on who they think should be selected for the virtual date using hashtags for their favorite match. Host Sukanya will serve as part referee and part cupid throughout the process before the singleton makes their decision. Once the choice is made, the couple will embark on their first virtual meet up, to be shared with viewers in the following week’s episode. Love is loud, love is crazy and just maybe, love can be found with a little help from America, the internet and live TV!

‘SMOTHERED’ RENEWED AND RETURNING TO TLC

LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTER – ‘SMOTHERED’ RENEWED AND RETURNING TO TLC SUNDAY, MAY 24 AT 10PM ET/PT
–The Buzzworthy Series of 2019 is Back with Returning Favorites and All-New Mother/Daughter Duos —

(New York, NY) — How close is too close? If you thought the mother/daughter pairs from season one pushed the boundaries of bonding, you haven’t seen anything yet! Returning Sunday, May 24th at 10PM ET/PT, sMothered follows the lives of six attached-at-the-hip and over the top mother-daughter pairs with uncanny but undeniable bonds.

“From the start, the ladies of sMothered made a knock-out first impression on our viewers,” said Howard Lee, President and GM, TLC. “The love these mothers and daughters have for each other is eyepopping, yet endearing, relatable, and totally TLC.”

From sharing their morning showers to going under the knife for plastic surgery together, these outrageous and sometimes outrageous ladies bring a new meaning to the term unconditional love. This season will feature three brand new, shamelessly inseparable pairs, unlike anything fans have seen along with returning fan favorites as noted below.

Meet the new and returning mother/daughters pairs:

Mary & Brittani (new) These two are really, really, really close! For starters, Mary thinks that the absolute best way to start her day is to take a shower with Brittani. They also enjoy co-colonic therapy! And, while Mary can’t imagine Brittani ever moving out, Mary’s husband Frank thinks Brittani needs to go and start her own life after graduation.

Marcia & Alena (new) Alena is a bright, bubbly, music-loving 21-year-old with an enzyme deficiency, but she doesn’t let that slow her down. Her mother, Marcia, tends to Alena’s every need with humor and playfulness. She won’t let Alena have a puppy, but she will become a puppy – and wake Alena up each morning with a face full of licks.

Laurie & Sarah (new) Flip it and reverse it! Sarah the daughter handles the motherly duties in this pairing. Though her mother Laurie certainly still has her comically controlling moments, her health is declining, which has Sarah anxious and in overdrive about her caretaking. Laurie is more concerned that her daughter and boyfriend, Miguel, get engaged and married while she can still plan and attend the wedding.

Sunhe & Angelica (returning) Angelica and Jason are still going strong…much to Sunhe’s dismay. Jason is finally ready to divorce his wife, and Sunhe insists on attending the intimate legal proceeding and awkwardly serving as their witness. With the divorce final, Jason plans to propose to Angelica without Sunhe knowing.

Dawn & Cher (returning) Dawn and Cher are more like twins than mother and daughter. They look, speak and act nearly identical, and now are dressing as “The Triplets” after Cher gives birth to a little girl named Belle Mae. Naturally Dawn is involved in every single step of the pregnancy and birth plan causing tension with her doctor husband Jared, who knows his wife and what he’s talking about medically. But, there’s laughter as the three of them navigate their new roles as parents and grandparent.

Kathy & Cristina (returning) Kathy’s first stop of the day is Cristina’s house which is only five houses away from hers. That might be too far for this duo! Kathy and daughter Cristina have a plan to move in together while her and her husband Carlo do a full remodel on their family home. Kathy can’t wait for her daughter and grandkids to move into the basement but just the idea of it has tension at an all-time high with Carlo and Cristina’s younger sister Carly.

Get to know the moms and daughters! Meet the new closer-than-close sMothered pairs, and catch up with the duos you already know and love on the TLC GO original series: Mommy and Me. The series will be available on the TLC GO app prior to the premiere and will continue throughout the season.

Make sure to follow TLC on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube for the latest on sMothered Join the conversation using #Smothered.

TLC’S 90 DAY FIANCÉ FRANCHISE KICKS OFF SUMMER WITH A BRAND NEW SEASON OF ‘THE OTHER WAY’

TLC’S 90 DAY FIANCÉ FRANCHISE KICKS OFF SUMMER WITH A BRAND NEW SEASON OF ‘THE OTHER WAY’
–Season Two Premieres Monday, June 1 at 9PM ET/PT–
–Catch the First Hour of the Premiere Available to Watch Early on TLC GO Beginning Monday, May 25–
(Los Angeles, CA) — Does love truly have no bounds? A new season of 90 DAY FIANCÉ’s hit spinoff THE OTHER WAY returns this summer, following six Americans as they uproot their lives and head to foreign countries for true love. The sophomore series flips the script on the original show: here, the American is the one giving up everything and moving across the globe to be with the person they love. Racing against a ticking clock, they will face the challenges of relocating internationally, overcoming major culture shocks, winning over soon-to-be foreign in-laws and, most importantly, trying to make it down the aisle. Catch up with two of last season’s lovestruck pairs still trying to make it work and meet four new hopeful couples taking the plunge for love. Season two of THE OTHER WAY premieres Monday, June 1 at 9 PM ET/PT.

The inaugural season of THE OTHER WAY in 2019 was TLC’s highest-rated freshman series since 2013, with a 2.31 W25-54 rating and ranked #2 in its 9-10p time period among P/W25-54 and W18-49/18-34.

The couples featured this season include:
Brittany, 26 (Palm Beach, Florida) and Yazan, 24 (Jordan)
Brittany and Yazan knew it was love at first sight after meeting over video chat through Yazan’s sister. Now, Brittany is moving to Jordan, but a few things stand in the way. Yazan is a devout Muslim, and Brittany believes she is too independent for religion, has no plans to convert to Islam and her provocative nature may not be accepted by Yazan’s conservative family. Additionally, Yazan’s family won’t let them move in together until they are married, which will inevitably be delayed since Brittany is holding on to a secret that could ruin everything.
Kenneth, 57 (St. Petersburg, Florida) and Armando, 31 (Mexico)
After meeting through a gay fathers support group, Kenneth and Armando had an undeniable bond, despite their 26-year age difference. The two are determined to make their love last, so Kenneth is leaving everything he knows behind and moving to Mexico to start a new life with Armando and his daughter. But Armando’s family is not accepting of his sexuality and because of this, he has yet to tell them about Kenneth.
Ariela, 28 (Princeton, New Jersey) and Biniyam, 29 (Ethiopia)
Ariela, a recent divorcee, had no plans to fall in love again this quickly. While on a soul-searching trip around the world, she met Biniyam in Ethiopia and ended up staying for a couple of months. Before returning to America, Ariela found out that she was pregnant. She decided to eventually move back to Ethiopia for the birth of their baby so that Biniyam could be present. However, the living conditions and healthcare system where Ariela will give birth and live with her new family make her and her family nervous for this big move.
Tim, 34 (Dallas, Texas) and Melyza, 29 (Colombia)
Tim was out one night when he spotted Melyza at a bar. He introduced himself, and they hit it off right away. At the time, Melyza was working as an au pair and planned to leave town in a few days, but they had such a strong connection that they decided to try dating long distance with the plan of Melyza eventually moving to Texas. However, Tim did something to lose Melyza’s trust, so to prove his love for her, Tim is now moving to Colombia. Melyza’s mother also doesn’t trust Tim and thinks he has a lot to prove for her to support their relationship.
Jenny, 61 (Palm Springs, California) and Sumit, 32 (India)
After uprooting her life once for Sumit, Jenny is once again ready to move back to India for the love she believes is real. Their relationship was thrown off course last season when Jenny found out that Sumit was in an arranged marriage with someone else. After her initial shock, Jenny had no choice but to return to America with nothing but empty pockets and a broken heart. This time around, Sumit is promising that he will never lie again and that he and his wife are finally getting divorced. Jenny is heading back to India with a positive and hopeful mindset.
Deavan, 23 (Salt Lake City, Utah) and Jihoon, 29 (South Korea)
After experiencing life as a single mother, Deavan thought that she finally found the man that would be her partner for life. Deavan, her mom and her two children are now going to South Korea so that Deavan and Jihoon can finally start their life together. Upon arrival however, it is very evident that Jihoon and Deavan have several cultural obstacles that they need to overcome, in addition to their language barrier.
