Shark Terror: USS Indianapolis leads new original specials with the remarkable story of sailors who survived their ship sinking only to face a nightmare scenario of being attacked by sharks while Amy Fisher: Kill for Me and Susan Smith: Sex Behind Bars reveal the lurid scandals through never-before-heard interviews with those directly involved including Steven Sleeman who pulled the trigger for Amy Fisher as a would-be hitman and prison guard Alfred Rowe who risked everything for inmate Susan Smith.

“With new stories about ’90s TV megastar Luke Perry to the cherished crocodile hunter Steve Irwin, July premieres celebrate beloved stars whose contributions went far beyond entertaining,” said Steve Cheskin, SVP of Programming at REELZ. “We’re also excited to show viewers new original specials about the real lives entangled in the infamous Amy Fisher and Susan Smith cases and the powerful real stories of true grit and bravery among the crew of the USS Indianapolis.”

Kicking off July premieres is Shark Terror: USS Indianapolis on Saturday, July 10 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT about courage in the face of unimaginable odds. The sinking of the USS Indianapolis is the U.S. Navy’s largest ever single loss of life at sea and for the crew who survived the ship sinking they faced a daunting struggle for survival on the open waters of the Pacific Ocean. Nearly 900 sailors confronted the threat of death from above, below and within combating sun exposure, swarming hungry sharks and salt water poisoning. Then on Sunday, July 11 in back-to-back new episodes of Autopsy: The Last Hours of… starting at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT it’s the story of Luke Perry who skyrocketed to fame in the ’90s as bad boy heartthrob Dylan McKay on Beverly Hills, 90210 whose death at just 52-years old stunned fans. To help unlock the mystery of his passing medical examiner and forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Hunter examines the case including new medical research relating to Perry’s health that may indicate his face was hiding a secret to his untimely death. Another life cut short is that of fashion mogul Kate Spade whose shocking suicide at 55 years old thrust mental health into the discussion surrounding her death. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Kate Spade” at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT examines her story which on the surface seemed like a triumphant success as Spade was a loving and dedicated mother, wife and business woman with no vices or medical issues. So why in the prime of her life did she feel there was no other option but to end it all?

On Thursday, July 15 it’s back-to-back new original specials about infamous scandals and tragedies that captivated the nation with Amy Fisher: Kill for Me at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT followed by Susan Smith: Sex Behind Bars at 10pm ET/ 7pm PT. In 1992 16-year-old Amy Fisher shot the wife of her lover in the head in a gruesome act of violence that ended a salacious series of events that involved crimes committed against and by minors. In Amy Fisher: Kill for Me Fisher’s former friend Steven Sleeman sheds new light on the story detailing his first-hand account of the murder-for-hire plot hatched by Fisher. Then in Susan Smith: Sex Behind Bars it’s been more than 25 years since Susan Smith was sentenced to life in prison for the drowning murders of her two children. While in prison Smith had sex with two prison guards who would eventually both lose their jobs and face convictions for illegal conduct. One of those guards, Alfred Rowe, shares a shockingly candid account of how the devious double murderess seduced him and how their secret sexual relationship left a devastating path of carnage in its wake.

Wildlife icon and passionate conservationist Steve Irwin wrestled crocodiles on The Crocodile Hunter watched by millions. When it emerged that the 44-year-old Irwin had been killed from a stingray barb to the heart there was disbelief given his decades of experience with dangerous animals and the fact that stingrays are relatively docile. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Steve Irwin” on Sunday, July 18 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT examines Irwin’s untimely death through the lens of his health leading up to that fateful day. Was there anything in his medical history that played a factor in the tragedy? Like Irwin, magician Roy Horn wowed audiences working with dangerous animals in what would become the world famous Siegfried and Roy shows featuring tigers, big cats and other large animals. Roy performed more than 30,000 live shows in 45 years with Siegfried grossing more than $1 billion but the show abruptly ended after a tiger attacked Horn. He survived but was partially paralyzed and lived for several more years but on May 8, 2020 at the age of 75 Horn became one of the first celebrities to die from complications with COVID-19. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Roy Horn” on Sunday, July 18 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT examines what was going on inside Horn’s body that left him vulnerable to the disease.

Leonard Nimoy gave life to one of television’s greatest characters in the half-human, half-Vulcan alien Spock on Star Trek. Although he spent only three years on the original Star Trek series before it was canceled Nimoy demonstrated a relentless work ethic. For nearly two decades his constant drive to achieve eventually started to cast a shadow on his health. In Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Leonard Nimoy” on Sunday, July 25 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT see how years of smoking cigarettes led to the complex lung disorder chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). If proper treatment is established early people with COPD can live for several years so why did Nimoy die so quickly after his diagnosis? Joining Spock as a treasured and instantly recognizable character is Verne Troyer’s Mini-Me in the hit Austin Powers movie franchise which launched Troyer to global stardom but his success came with a heavy toll on his health. With Troyer’s fame came over indulgence in the form of heavy drinking exasperating his struggles with depression and severely stressing his body. His death at 49 years old from a reported suicide by excessive alcohol consumption seemed like a tragic end but in Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Verne Troyer” on Sunday, July 25 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT, Dr. Hunter reveals an integral and overlooked piece of Troyer’s autopsy report that could turn the suicide conclusion on its head.

Shark Terror: USS Indianapolis Premieres on Saturday, July 10 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. It’s the worst shark attack in history. While returning from a top secret mission to deliver components for the nuclear bomb Little Boy the heavy cruiser USS Indianapolis with 1,195 crewmen aboard is torpedoed and sunk. The rapid decent of the fragmenting ship immediately took hundreds of trapped sailors to their deaths. For the surviving 900 sailors the sinking ship was just the beginning of their nightmare. Shark Terror: USS Indianapolis reveals the terrifying real life story of the doomed cruiser and its crew as the surviving sailors faced four days of brutal sun exposure, dehydration and worst of all relentless attacks from countless hungry and aggressive sharks. Initially packs of Oceanic Whitetip and Tiger sharks focused on the floating dead but eventually they massed into a ruthless army and picked off the injured and struggling killing an estimated 150 sailors. Ultimately through shear tenacity and courage 316 survived the horrific ordeal. The disaster would become the greatest single loss of life at sea from a single ship in U.S. Navy history. The scale, shock and tragedy of the story served as inspiration for several blockbuster movies including Jaws and USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage starring Nicholas Cage. Shark Terror: USS Indianapolis is produced by Hoff Productions.

Idolized by millions around the world Perry never succumbed to his celebrity status. A humble, generous and talented actor who lived a quiet family life Perry was far from a ‘live hard, die young’ superstar cliché. Forensic pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter uses Perry’s death certificate, first-hand accounts of his life and new medical research to uncover the mystery behind what may have caused the catastrophic stroke that killed this seemingly healthy and active 52-year-old star. Sharing their personal stories of Perry are colleagues and friends Dean Winters, OZ creator Tom Fontana, Smallville director Alexandra La Roche and his former agent Chris Nassif. Everyone involved had conflicting accounts of what actually happened. Fisher claimed it was an accident. Mary Jo said Fisher was lying and meant to kill her. Joey denied everything. Now in Amy Fisher: Kill for Me former Fisher friend Steven Sleeman speaks out about his first-hand experience. He disputes Fisher’s version of events and discusses his involvement that at one point included firing shots into the Buttafuoco home. Sleeman agreed to kill Mary Jo after striking a deal with Fisher for payment in sex. Sleeman’s personal insights shed new light on many of the well-known aspects of the scandal from Joey’s denial of the affair to Fisher’s portrayal of being an innocent girl led astray by an older man. Also sharing their experiences of the case are former Nassau County District prosecutor Fred Klein and Fisher’s defense attorney Eric Naiburg. Amy Fisher: Kill for Me is produced by AMS Pictures.

During the trial Smith’s personal history was laid bare including being sexually assaulted as a child by her stepfather, with whom she would continue a sexual relationship with as an adult, and her numerous suicide attempts. Despite being locked behind bars Smith’s insidious nature revealed itself again on several occasions as she attempted to get a prison transfer. Two prison guards have since been convicted of having sex with her behind bars. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… is produced by Potato, part of ITV Studios.

It was during a traumatic childhood in post-war Germany that Roy developed a unique ability to work with animals. In partnership with budding magician Siegfried he took his talent to the stage and the pair developed a live act that starred cheetahs, lions and tigers. They went from touring the clubs of Europe to scoring their own headline residency as the hottest act in Las Vegas going on to perform more than 30,000 shows becoming one of the most successful live performances of all time and in 2000 were named Magicians of the Century. But in 2003 tragedy struck when Roy was mauled onstage and almost killed by a tiger. He was left partially paralyzed but his strength to survive and recover from the incident was heralded as miraculous. Years later at the age of 75 he died from complications with COVID-19. It’s a highly contagious disease but has a low mortality rate with 94% of those who’ve died from it having at least one other pre-existing health condition. So what made Horn’s infection turn fatal? Born in Boston’s West End when Nimoy was 17 years old he went against his parents’ wishes and pursued an acting career. Over the next 16 years while supporting his young family he became the ultimate bit-part actor mostly playing tough guys but in 1966 an opportunity came on a new show called Star Trek. With an insatiable drive to succeed Nimoy put everything he had into the character of Spock. Over the next two decades he worked at a blistering pace taking on producing and directing duties in addition to acting much to the detriment of his family life and especially his health. Along the way Nimoy picked up a few vices to cope with his stress resorting to smoking cigarettes and eventually heavy drinking after long taping days. Nimoy developed COPD which is known as a smoker’s disease but he quit smoking 30 years before he died so were there other contributing factors to his death? Renowned pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter uses first-hand accounts of Nimoy’s life to find the truth behind the character traits and lifestyle choices that ultimately caused the global pop culture figure’s death. In managing his physical pain, depression demons and dwindling fame Troyer’s heavy drinking spiraled into suicidal behavior with calls to 911 wanting to end his life. Griffith brilliantly played the small town sheriff and gentle country father in The Andy Griffith Show as well as criminal defense attorney Ben Matlock in 181 episodes of Matlock but his achievements spanned many genres as Griffith also starred in 73 movies and won a Grammy Award(R) for a gospel album. But behind the public face lived a different man who was very private and loved his vices. Did Griffith’s secret life play a key role in his demise? Montgomery was one of the most treasured small screen actresses for more than four decades known for starring in Bewitched which ran for eight seasons with Montgomery nominated for nine Emmy Awards(R) and four Golden Globe Awards(R) but she concealed a life- threatening secret. She was diagnosed with colon cancer and died just one month later. Colon cancer should be very straightforward to treat provided it’s caught early and the symptoms are wide ranging and easy to recognize so why did Montgomery succumb to the disease so fast?

Sonny Bono was not only the visionary behind one of pop’s greatest duos, Sonny and Cher, after the couple split he stayed busy as a restaurateur followed by four years as mayor of Palm Springs and eventually becoming a congressman. He died after crashing head first into a tree while skiing but Bono was known to be an expert skier and had been skiing for decades at the resort where he died. Now medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter delves into the case using multiple police forensic reports, witness statements and crime scene photographs together with Crane’s autopsy in hopes of shedding new light on the murder.

Whitney Houston was the most award-winning female artist of all time who at one point signed a $100 million recording contract and in 1987 alone reportedly earned $44 million. But when she died unexpectedly at just 48 years old in 2012 some reports suggested she was broke and even owed $11 million in unpaid taxes. Whitney Houston: Life, Death & Money on Thursday, June 17 at 10pm ET/ 7pm PT details the remarkable story of Houston’s estate. Her primary heir and daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was in the crosshairs of a family feud involving her father Bobby Brown and others but it would all end in tragedy yet again before a heart-dropping reveal about who would ultimately control the Houston estate.

They were the golden voices who exuded charisma and were the epitome of effortless cool for decades. Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin were both key members of the A-list group of celebrity friends known as the Rat Pack and the two singers also performed on big and small screens sharing abundant success. But they also shared a love for heavy drinking, smoking and late-night living that took its toll on their health. Sinatra died at 82 years old from a heart attack but what exactly caused his heart to fail? On Sunday, June 20 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Frank Sinatra” looks at his stellar career and the big life event he experienced a decade before his death that could have changed everything for him. Then at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT it’s Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Dean Martin” about the singer, comedian and actor who delighted audiences for more than five decades with his music, movie and TV roles. But Martin hid the personal tragedies that haunted him with a lifetime of excess that culminated in an addiction to pain medication. But did Martin have other addictions that played a role in his death?

At 95 years old Stan Lee was the king of comic books earning mega millions but the drama that ensued in the last year of his life put both his well-being and fortune in jeopardy. He was in the superhero business for nearly 80 years and his showmanship helped launch the massively lucrative Marvel Universe and its movies and TV shows with Lee having a hand in creating approximately 60 superheroes including Spiderman, the Hulk, Iron Man and Black Panther. At the time of his death some estimated his estate to be worth $50-70 million. In Stan Lee: Life, Death & Money on Saturday, June 26 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT see what unfolded behind closed doors during the final year of his life as Lee was entangled in a story that rivals the best of Marvel sagas complete with a cast of characters who positioned themselves to take advantage of his declining health and advanced age.

As the swashbuckling and self-assured 007 secret agent James Bond character in seven Bond movies over 12 years Roger Moore made the role his own with an old fashion valor, trademark humor and panache. But in real life Moore suffered from a lifetime of serious health problems. He died of liver cancer at 89 years old and on Sunday, June 27 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Roger Moore” charts a path between the action star image on screen and his medical reality to understand the truth of how he died. The truth is a murky matter in the case of silver screen star Grace Kelly. After rising to fame Kelly left Hollywood to marry Prince Rainier of Monaco and live an intensely private life until a tragic car accident took her life in 1982. With no public death certificate and her royal family remaining silent on any details questions swirled about whether her health played a role in the crash. Now Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Grace Kelly” on Sunday, June 27 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT examines what is known about Kelly’s medical history to paint a picture of her health in her final days.

Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Andy Griffith” Premieres on Sunday, June 6 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. On July 3, 2012 the sad news broke that cherished TV star of the 1960s Andy Griffith had died. In a career spanning 70 years he had charmed audiences as an actor, comedian and recording artist. But it was his performance as Sheriff Andy Taylor in The Andy Griffith Show that catapulted him into the hearts of American audiences and made him a household name. Popular for this character’s gentle kindness and good humor audiences believed he was their friend and father figure. But the public perception of Griffith was at odds with a darker side not seen on TV. Friends recall a Jekyll and Hyde personality and a man who became increasingly reclusive as he aged. Griffith’s death certificate states that he died as a result of a heart attack after years of suffering from other illnesses. Now renowned pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter investigates the health story of a man whose private habits and behaviors left him susceptible to heart disease in multiple ways. Though his death at 86 years old may not have come as a surprise what did raise eyebrows was the fact that he was buried in the grounds of his home within four and a half hours of the 911 call alerting the emergency services that he was unresponsive. As part of his investigation Dr. Hunter will uncover whether this bears any significance on the manner in which he died. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… is produced by Potato, part of ITV Studios.

Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Sonny Bono” Premieres on Sunday, June 13 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. On January 5, 1998 congressman, restaurateur and recording artist Sonny Bono died after crashing head first into a tree on a family skiing vacation. Born in Detroit to Italian parents Bono was the mastermind behind the iconic pop duo Sonny and Cher and their hit TV show Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour seen by tens of millions of viewers every week. After an acrimonious split from Cher, Bono who was a born risk-taker never looked back as he took on new professional challenges. He went from bit-part actor to restaurateur to mayor of Palm Springs and eventually a highly regarded Republican congressman. There were no witnesses to Bono’s fatal accident so in this episode renowned forensic pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter uses death investigation reports alongside first-hand accounts of Bono’s life to discover what may have caused the 62-year-old expert skier to lose control and crash. Was there something in his medical history or any current treatments that could’ve contributed to Bono having such a catastrophic crash? Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Bob Crane” Premieres on Sunday, June 13 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. On the afternoon of June 29, 1978 Hogan’s Heroes star Bob Crane’s body was discovered bludgeoned to death. He was just two weeks away from his 50th birthday. The nation was stunned. Crane’s autopsy report stated he died from a blunt force impact to the head that caused massive bleeding and brain injury. There was also a ligature tied around his neck used to strangle him. His murderer has never been found. Hidden away from the adored TV show actor was Crane’s darker side including sex addiction and a penchant for filming his own sex tapes. Police found his apartment crammed full of cameras, lights and editing equipment and assumed that one of his tripods was the murder weapon as it was missing from the scene. Their attention quickly turned to John Carpenter who had introduced Crane to the then new video recording technology and who was featured in several of Crane’s lewd tapes. Carpenter had fled the scene on the morning of the murder and during their investigation police found blood in his rental car that matched Crane’s rare blood type. Authorities believed they had their man. But it would take another 16 years to bring Carpenter to trial when prosecutors believed that new techniques in DNA testing would prove it was blood from Crane. Carpenter professed his innocence throughout. Why would he kill his best friend? If it wasn’t Carpenter who was it? Now forensic pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter reopens one of Hollywood’s most famous cold cases examining more than 700 pages of original police reports together with crime scene photographs and video to answer how Crane died so brutally. But on the eve of her comeback performance at the 2012 Grammy Awards(R) she was found dead inside the bathtub of her Beverly Hills hotel room. Houston left behind an estate some estimated to be worth more than $20 million but also left behind $11 million in owed taxes. Houston’s last will and testament stated that 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was the primary heir but the document had not been updated since Houston made it with Bobby Brown several years prior. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Frank Sinatra” Premieres on Sunday, June 20 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. On May 14, 1998 the world was saddened by news that the legendary singer and actor Frank Sinatra had died. Arguably the most popular entertainer of the 20th century Sinatra had been performing and recording music for more than 60 years by the time of his death from heart attack at 82 years old. With his effortless sense of cool, famously blue eyes and rich voice Sinatra won the hearts of people around the world with his emotional delivery of songs and his charismatic performances on screen. Despite his heartthrob entertainer appeal Sinatra was not immune to the traumas of love. His second marriage to Ava Gardner ended following infidelity and several suicide attempts by Sinatra. He’d begun to drink heavily which would result in a decades long alcohol dependency. He also smoked and had a famously short temper. When he died from a heart attack the causes of his heart failure were clear but surprising considering just a few years prior at 79 years old he was touring frequently and had just released his most successful album ever. Now forensic pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter asks if there were events in Sinatra’s life that could have prolonged his life and what exactly were the real causes of his heart failure? Autopsy: The Last Hours of… is produced by Potato, part of ITV Studios.

Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Dean Martin” Premieres on Sunday, June 20 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. On Christmas Day in 1995 Dean Martin aka the “King of Cool” died at the age of 78 leaving behind a five decade legacy in music, movies and television. Martin started life in the limelight as a crooner in local bars and clubs but quickly shot to international stardom as a singer releasing more than 30 albums and in 1964 even knocking The Beatles off the top spot in the charts with his hit rendition of “Everybody Loves Somebody Sometimes.” He started his acting character as one half of the comedy duo “Martin and Lewis” with Jerry Lewis but after 10 years he cut ties and decided to go at it alone. Martin subsequently starred in more than 40 movies from Westerns with John Wayne to Oceans 11 featuring Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. who along with Martin were also members of the A-list group known as the Rat Pack. Dean went on to host his very own TV show The Dean Martin Show which earned him a Golden Globe Award(R). But 50 years in the limelight took its toll on this popular entertainer. He chain smoked his whole life and was a drinking man even using alcohol as a prop and part of his stage persona. During the last eight years of his life his alcohol intake spiraled out of control and he also became dependent on opioid painkillers. He died at the age 78 of respiratory arrest. As a lifelong smoker he developed emphysema and later lung cancer but renowned forensic pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter doesn’t think this is the whole story. He needs to delve deep into Martin’s records to discover whether there was in fact something else going on in his body that contributed to his eventual demise. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… is produced by Potato, part of ITV Studios.

Stan Lee: Life, Death & Money Premieres on Saturday, June 26 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. At 95 years old Stan Lee was a comic book legend but despite being touted as a creative genius whose original characters helped launch the multi-billion dollar Marvel movie franchise Lee was no mastermind when it came to money. In fact Lee consistently made ill-advised business decisions that would cost him. While there were failed business ventures and crooked business partners who entered his path one of the worst moneymaking decisions Lee ever made was when he traded up possible future movie profits for a one-time payout from Marvel. This meant that when the Spiderman and Iron Man movies became box-office hits and made billions of dollars Lee didn’t get a dime. Despite his financial missteps Lee led a full life well into his 90s working on new characters and doing his famous cameos in more than 60 blockbusters. But in the year prior to his death the late icon’s life would play out like a plot in one of his comic books. As soon as his wife Joan of 70 years dies a man named Keya Morgan swoops in to manage his career and finances. Friends accuse Morgan of isolating the elderly star and reports suggest that he had embezzled millions of dollars from Lee’s assets. The plot thickens after Lee dies and Morgan is on the run from the law while Lee’s only child was on a warpath to recover the money she claims was stolen from her father’s $50 million estate. Life, Death & Money is produced by Buck Productions.

Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Roger Moore” Premieres on Sunday, June 27 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. Sir Roger Moore died of liver cancer in 2017 at the age of 89 years old. The famously modest and unassuming British actor had been many people’s favorite James Bond. Where Sean Connery had played Bond straight Moore played him for laughs teasing the joke at the role’s heart that James Bond was a “secret” agent so familiar that everybody knows his favorite drink. For Moore Bond was a parody or he was nothing. But his swashbuckling and smooth Bond had belied his real life of serious health problems. Moore was not as robust as the movie image of indestructibility suggested. Moore’s life story read like a medical textbook with major ailments at every turn starting with near terminal double-pneumonia at the age of five. The son of a south London policeman Moore had been forced to reinvent himself at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art after being told that his cockney accent wouldn’t cut it in showbiz. This coupled with his father’s advice to remember that success might be short lived fostered in him a sense of life’s precariousness. Now renowned forensic pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter analyzes the details of this fascinating case to unearth the truth behind Moore’s death. He had suffered years of ill health and fought three different types of cancer but had somehow made it to the age of 89. Maybe there had been more Bond in Moore than he had let on. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… is produced by Potato, part of ITV Studios.

Autopsy: The Last Hours of… “Grace Kelly” Premieres on Sunday, June 27 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. On September 13, 1982 Grace Kelly, Princess Grace of Monaco, drove her old Rover 3500 car off the edge of a mountain road above the famous principality. She died in a hospital the following day at just 52 years old. The crash brought to an end a life lived almost entirely in the public eye first as the iconic star of some of Hollywood’s best loved movies and then as the wife of Prince Rainier of Monaco who was ruler of the tiny Mediterranean enclave. In the wake of Kelly’s death it proved hard to get at the truth of what had actually happened. A police investigation encountered obstacles and the Palace appeared to close ranks. It was said that Kelly had suffered a stroke at the wheel. With her family history of high blood pressure which was a health condition not thoroughly understood at the time questions swirled about whether this played a role in her death. But what is the truth of Kelly’s final hours? Conspiracy theories multiplied in the vacuum left by the Palace’s silence but now renowned forensic pathologist and medical examiner Dr. Michael Hunter analyzes the details of this compelling case to discover the answer. Autopsy: The Last Hours of… is produced by Potato, part of ITV Studios.

Still, the magic and surprisingly the disfunction that birthed The Who drew them back together as they have since reformed and the two remaining members Townshend and Daltrey play on and are still touring today. By the time he died at the age of 68 Foxx had done it all conquering the comedy world with stand-up records and TV specials as well as headlining major Las Vegas shows all while becoming a bonafide TV actor, producer, and entrepreneur. At the height of his career Foxx was making millions but by his death in 1991 he was technically broke. In fact reports claim Foxx was deep in the red owing approximately $3.6 million to the IRS which was substantially less than the $11 million the media initially reported he was worth. It would take years for Foxx’s estate to try and pay back the late icon’s debts and it’s ultimately his posthumous payment plan that lands his widow Ka Ho Cho and his adopted daughter Debraca Foxx into a bitter family estate battle nearly 15 years later. Heart co-founders Steve Fossen and Roger Fisher along with his brother and band manager Michael Fisher reveal the remarkable story of the band’s journey to success and how sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson joined the group and changed rock history. Renowned for 1970s hits “Crazy on You” and “Barracuda” the story of Heart includes an intra-band double love story sibling soap opera that ended in explosive breakups that blew apart the original band’s dream. But as the Fisher brothers and Fossen explain it wasn’t just twisted love triangles and a series of infidelities that broke the band there were also creative clashes, burnout and soaring egos that took their toll. The downfall of the original Heart left Ann and Nancy free to take the band into the cutthroat world of mainstream rock super stardom where they would reinvent themselves with different band members leading to their 1980s power ballads including the chart topping “Alone”. It’s said time heals all wounds but in the case of a broken Heart the bitterness of the breakup would last decades even as the original band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame they would only perform one song together and hear from the Fisher brothers how even a simple group photo was an insurmountable feat. Warren Jeffs: Cult of Personality Premieres Friday, March 5 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. At the border of Utah and Arizona a remote theocratic community has been thriving for decades. They live in full obedience to a spiritual leader whom they believe is ordained by God. His name is Warren Jeffs and he is the president and prophet of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ and the Latter Day Saints. On a quiet summer night Flora Jessop is on a dangerous mission: to rescue two teenage girls who are trying to flee the church that she escaped years before. Having its stronghold in the twin towns of Hildale Utah and Colorado City Arizona the Fundamentalists are a splinter group from the Mormon Church who strive to preserve the polygamist practices long abandoned by the original movement. Its members live under strict religious rules dictated by polygamist prophet Jeffs who is a manipulative and tyrannical leader ruling over every aspect of members’ lives including their properties, their work and who they can marry which includes teenage and child brides that he even takes for himself. Disobeying the will of Jeffs was akin to disobeying a direct commandment of God and punishment was harsh. Jeffs was eventually arrested in 2006 and sentenced to life in prison plus 20 years for the sexual abuse of minors. What kind of person can gain and hold this absolute power over thousands of people? This is the story of Jeffs told by cult experts, researchers, award-winning journalists along with former church members Jessop and Brielle Decker who recalls her experience as the 65th wife to Jeffs. Cult of Personality is produced by KM+BM Media.

The Real Hunt for Red October Premieres Saturday, March 6 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. The 1990 American smash hit movie The Hunt for Red October starring Sean Connery, Alec Baldwin and Sam Neill tells the story of a rogue Soviet nuclear submarine attempting to defect to the U.S. while being hunted by both the American and Soviet Navies. Based on the novel by Tom Clancy it reveals the technology, drama and character of an underwater Cold War battle but what few realize is Clancy’s book and the movie were inspired by a classified nuclear submarine confrontation that some believe changed the course of world history. Now the extraordinary events are revealed in The Real Hunt for Red October including the mysterious whereabouts of a sunken Soviet nuclear submarine and its connection to a CIA operation involving eccentric billionaire Howard Hughes so grand in its scale and execution that some say it rivaled the moon landing. The documentary also explores the curious story of Clancy who may not have simply been a Maryland insurance salesman with a knack for dreaming up military thrillers. Instead there is convincing evidence that he was a CIA and Navy Intelligence asset who was carefully fed classified materials that portrayed the U.S. Navy as so advanced it provoked the Soviets into a military spending spree that eventually bankrupted them. It was this economic collapse that helped end the Cold War. Sharing their experiences with the movie and its extraordinary source material are Sam Neill, Tom Clancy III, former U.S. Secretary of the Navy John Lehman, former U.S. Navy Special Projects Office Chief Scientist Dr. John Craven, former Soviet Navy Admiral V.N. Ponikarovsky and nuclear submarine engineer and author Kenneth Sewell. The Real Hunt for Red October is produced by Muse Entertainment Enterprises.

The special also examines off screen hurdles including star Estelle Getty’s heartbreaking battle with dementia and the simmering headbutting between stars Bea Arthur and Betty White. Viewers will also learn about incredible fandom surrounding the sitcom that continues to grow like wildfire decades after the show premiered. British serial killer and ex-soldier Colin Ireland became known as “The Gay Slayer” after his targeted attacks on gay men in England in 1993. The Preppy Killer: My Friend the Murderer Premieres Saturday, January 2 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. Robert Chambers seemingly had it all from his movie star looks and athletic build to prep school background and a social life at the core of New York City’s wild 1980s nightlife. But on the morning of August 26, 1986 he was a murderer and stood in silence watching investigators comb over the scene of his crime as the partially clothed body of 18-year-old Jennifer Levin is discovered on the Upper East Side of Manhattan’s Central Park. The subsequent investigation exposed lurid tales of his life filled with sex, crime and exclusive nightclubs details which press used to fan the flames of the scandal and shed light on his troublesome lifestyle. When the 19-year-old Chambers becomes the chief suspect he claims Levin wanted “rough sex” and blames her for her own death. The sensational 1986 tabloid story of affluent teens from New York City’s private prep schools becomes known as the “preppie murder.” Sharing her experience of being a close friend to Chambers is Margo Manhattan who witnessed the start and escalation of his wayward path from stealing electronics, clothes and cars along with heavy drug use and binge drinking but even his destructive behavior could not hint at how dangerous and dark Chambers would become. As one of the first to examine the crime scene former NYPD detective Mike Sheehan shares his experience with the case along with former prosecutor Thomas Kendris who details the shocking defense used by the Chambers legal team. The Preppy Killer: My Friend the Murderer is produced by AMS Pictures.

Affluenza Teen: The Jailhouse Sessions Premieres Saturday, January 2 at 10pm ET/ 7pm PT. Ethan Couch is the privileged Texas teen who became infamous for killing four people in a drunk driving accident in 2013. Instead of jail the 16-year-old Couch only received probation after his attorneys used a controversial defense arguing he suffered from ‘affluenza’ a condition in which they claim he was unable to discern right from wrong due to his privileged upbringing. The media scorn and public outrage only intensified after a leaked video appeared to show Couch violating his probation drinking at a party. The move landed him in more legal trouble and led to him fleeing the country making him an international fugitive before authorities caught up with him in Mexico. Youth Pastor Brian Jennings was one of the victims killed in the crash that left his best friend Timothy Williams heartbroken. Williams would make a bold move to meet with Couch in jail and wound up visiting him a total of 93 times over a nearly two year period to discuss the case, lessons learned and forgiveness. Sharing his experience as an attorney who represented Couch victims Greg Coontz discusses the case while Fort Worth Star Telegram reporter Bud Kennedy and D Magazine writer Michael J. Mooney reflect on the uproarious public response after it became known Couch wouldn’t serve a day behind bars for causing the crash. Affluenza Teen: The Jailhouse Sessions is produced by AMS Pictures.

Sting & The Police: Story of Their Songs Premieres Sunday, January 3 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. See the fascinating stories behind the three songs that made Sting and The Police global superstars with insight from the producers, back-up singers, photographers, journalists and biographers who watched it happen. At first the three musical maestros Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland struggled to convince audiences of their authenticity before their single “Roxanne” became a huge musical breakthrough. From there The Police’s massive hit “Every Breath You Take” with its dark themes of surveillance, obsession and stalking inspired by the breakdown of Sting’s marriage and took the band to staggering new levels of popularity. The song’s producer Hugh Padgham describes how the recording session was set against a backdrop of infighting and professional jealousy among the band. Upon its release the song becomes an instant classic and turned the bandmates into international stars. But just at the peak of their powers tensions within the band reach a breaking point and Sting shocks the world by going solo setting out to prove that with creative freedom he can be just as successful. He teams up with Grammy Award(R) winning producer Neil Dorfsman and together they fuse reggae and jazz for hit single “Englishman in New York” and its international success secures Sting’s prowess as a remarkable solo artists. Hear from Clapton’s touring band members, session musicians and producers who were in studio during the recording sessions along with the photographers, journalists and industry experts who witnessed it all. In his 1977 hit “Cocaine” Clapton confronted his addiction to the drug head-on while providing a stark warning about its dangers. Illuminating the depths of that addition is touring bandmate Marcella Detroit who recalls one particularly hedonistic tour with Clapton that was fraught with excess and overindulgence. The 1990s saw Clapton dealing with unimaginable tragedy after a horrific accident resulted in the sudden loss of his four year old son. Seeking healing and comfort through the power of music he pens the tender tribute “Tears in Heaven”. Back-up singer Tessa Niles and renowned bassist Nathan East share their intimate memories of helping Clapton work through his grief culminating in Unplugged which became one of the best-selling live albums of all time. Confronting his troubled childhood the song “My Father’s Eyes” reveals the sad truth behind Clapton’s own relationship with his father and the feeling of looking into his son’s eyes and seeing his father’s eyes. Acclaimed producer Simon Climie reveals his complete reimagining and radical reshaping of the track securing Clapton yet another Grammy Award(R) win. Reliving the key moments that made the songs see Clapton go from cult blues hero to becoming one of most influential and celebrated guitarists and songwriters of all time. Eric Clapton: Story of His Songs is produced by ViacomCBS International Studios UK.

World’s Most Evil Killers “Angus Sinclair” Premieres Tuesday, January 5 at 11am ET/ 8am PT. The World’s End Murders is the colloquial name given to the October 1977 murder of two teenage girls in Edinburgh Scotland. The case is so named because both victims were last seen alive leaving the World’s End Pub in Edinburgh’s Old Town. Aerosmith: Breaking the Band Premieres Sunday, January 31 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. With more than 150 million records sold in a career spanning a staggering 50 years Aerosmith has truly earned its title as one of the greatest rock bands ever. Formed in 1970 the “Bad Boys from Boston” as they were known soon became notorious for their raucous live performances and wild off-stage antics. They built their reputation with a blues infused hard-rock take on their 1960s heroes The Rolling Stones. The early success of Aerosmith was built around the talents of rock idol frontman Steven Tyler and guitar legend Joe Perry whose love-hate relationship and notorious drug abuse led to their nickname of the toxic twins. The band’s collective vices would end in disaster and halt their first era when in 1979 Perry walked away from the band. Both Perry and the remaining members of Aerosmith spent years in their own figurative wildernesses, drug addicted and spending money they didn’t have and it appeared as though promising careers had been cut short. But in a remarkable and unprecedented turn around the band reunited in 1984 staging one of the most unlikely comebacks in music history. Indeed the second iteration of Aerosmith rose to even greater heights in the 1980s and 1990s as the band captured the spirit of the MTV generation and moved beyond America to worldwide superstardom. In this special two-hour Breaking the Band see the inside story of Aerosmith as told by those who were there including a rare interview with the man behind their 1980s resurrection in former manager Tim Collins whose tenure ended in bitter acrimony. This is the remarkable story of how the band survived 50 years of every form of stereotypical rock band excess. Aerosmith: Breaking the Band is produced by Potato, part of ITV Studios.

Ted Bundy: The Survivors Part 1 “Eyes of Evil” Premieres Saturday, October 3 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. Part 2 “Ending the Evil” Premieres Saturday, October 10 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. He was a serial monster who seduced and killed with shocking depravity. He was a chameleon so deceptive that some experts estimate he charmed more than a hundred women to their cruel deaths with his reign of terror inspiring countless movies including American Psycho and Silence of the Lambs. But for all the women who were murdered there were a surprising number who got away through their own will power, sharp thinking and a stroke of luck. In this two-part special viewers will hear the jarring first-hand accounts of women who survived Bundy’s attempt to assault and murder them including that of Karen Sparks who Bundy attacked and beat so severely she was unconscious in the hospital for 10 days. Viewers will also hear survivor accounts from Sandra Swartz and Rhonda Stapley who recount their experience with Bundy’s twisted personality. Ted Bundy: The Survivors also explores Bundy’s childhood from his days as an innocent paperboy to an admired high school athlete and budding attorney to becoming one of the most notorious mass murderers in American history. How did Bundy’s story begin? Why did his crimes begin? Why wasn’t he captured sooner? This special explores his amazing ability to cover his tracks and uncovers how he outwitted an army of investigators despite being identified by friends, colleagues and even his girlfriend. Ted Bundy: The Survivors features commentary from former King County detective Kathleen McChesney, Kevin Sullivan author of “The Bundy Murders”, psychologist Dr. Sherry Ginn and crime writer Shirley Lynn Scott. Ted Bundy: The Survivors is produced by Hoff Productions.

Graham shares with viewers the chilling details from her four hour conversation with one of the most prolific serial killers ever including his shocking confession that may help solve a missing person case. While married Ridgway began murdering prostitutes and children throughout the 1980s and 1990s strangling his victims and discarding their bodies around Seattle and the Washington Green River. It wasn’t until 2001 when the nefarious sociopath was connected by DNA evidence to the murders of four women. Viewers will hear from two former detectives on the Green River Task Force in Fae Brooks and Tom Jensen, Tomas Guillen author of “The Search for the Green River Killer” and Patty Eakes who served as a prosecutor in the case against Ridgway. Rodney Alcala was a contestant who earned a date on the TV show The Dating Game in 1978 despite being a convicted rapist, registered sex offender and under investigation for multiple murders. With estimates that run as high as 130 victims Alcala had a ruthless spree of murder, rape and sexual assault in the 1970s. Posing as a photographer he would lure young women by asking them to model before brutally killing them. During the investigation authorities in Seattle discovered a rented storage locker with more than 900 photographs taken by Alcala. Authorities are still connecting Alcala to cold cases through 120 photographs that were made public (most are too graphic for public release) after his trial in 2010 when he was sentenced to death. Since then 21 missing women have been accounted for through the online database. Crime author and radio show host Alan Warren takes viewers on journey through the public photographs and the case itself. Viewers will also hear from retired LAPD detective Steve Hodel who investigated Alcala’s case, Bruce Barcomb brother of Alcala victim Jill Barcomb, Matt Murphy former Chief Deputy Attorney in Orange County, LA County Prosecutor Gina Satriano and Marianne Connely whose daughter was killed by Alcala. Clint Eastwood: Hollywood Outlaw chronicles the life of the prolific storyteller who straddled the worlds of big studio movie making and independent passion projects to make movies on his own terms. Even after a string of underperforming movies towards the late 1980s and at an age when most consider retirement Eastwood continued to take risks and his 1992 hit Unforgiven earned nine Academy Award(R) nominations including Best Actor along with wins for Best Picture and Best Director. Instead of calling it a career Eastwood went all in with a thunderous streak of directing successful movies including Mystic River, Million Dollar Baby, Flags of Our Fathers and Letters From Iwo Jima. Sharing their stories of working with Eastwood are Ryan Phillippe, Kevin Bacon and Paul Hauser along with Yves Belanger who worked as cinematographer on Eastwood movies The Mule and Richard Jewell. Portrayed in the movies Brute Force and Six Against the Rock it’s the most violent and widespread breakout in the history of Alcatraz. Over three days of torment, torture and chaos eleven guards and inmates are injured while two guards and three inmates are killed. What hunters eventually ensnare in their traps is a beast of epic proportions – a real life rival to the crocodiles that are depicted in movies including Lake Placid, Rogue and Primeval about supersized crocs that menace people. But instead of killing the beast Edwin Elorde, the former mayor of Bunawan, makes the call to spare its life and transport it to a special enclosure at the Bunawan Ecopark and Wildlife Reservation Center. Croc Terror: Man Eating Monster recounts the daring hunt and transport of the crocodile named “Lolong” after one of its original hunters with the shocking real footage of the crocodile which measured a jaw dropping 20.3 feet long and weighed 2,370 pounds making him the largest crocodile ever in captivity. Below are descriptions for September 2020* premieres listed in order of date and time:

Moonies: Cult of Personality – New special premieres Wednesday, September 2 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. They are told that they are on a mission to save humanity but in reality the group known as “Moonies” are just building a multi-million dollar empire for Sun Myung Moon the powerful reverend of the Unification Church. At one notable globally televised event in RFK Stadium in Washington D.C. more than 28,000 couples were wed in a massive ceremony presided over by Reverend Sun Myung Moon and his wife. The vast majority of the couples were seeing each other for the first time at the ceremony after being matched by Reverend Moon. Followers are willing to accept the choice from their messiah as the pinnacle of their longtime dedication to the Unification Church which included giving up all their possessions and sacrificing many of their liberties for the movement. Moonies are convinced that they are on a divine mission to change the world and unite humanity under a single faith, their faith. Who was this man they allowed to control their existence? In Moonies: Cult of Personality sharing their first-hand experiences of being members of the Unification Church are K. Gordon Neufeld, Yolande Brener, Lisa Kohn and Mary Jo Downey. Cult specialist Rick Alan Ross gives expert analyses about the dark side of Reverend Sun Myung Moon and his Unification Church. Cult of Personality is produced by KM+BM Media.

The Children of God: Cult of Personality – New special premieres Wednesday, September 2 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. It all began so innocently. The son of a 1930s radio evangelist David Berg was nearly 50 years old when he connected with the love generation on the sunny beaches of Southern California. He grew a beard, wore a beret and shades and started his sect. A decade later his followers had missions all over the world, practicing what he preaches but the case of the late founder Berg was a dark affair. His entire belief system and lifestyle were uniquely dubious as was his sheer level of depravity. Berg manipulated his followers in a very singular way living in seclusion from his many followers but communicated almost daily with letters, comics and books. His believers follow his every word even when they are being instructed to practice what Berg calls “The Law of Love” which is no law at all but a license for sexual deviance. Women in the sect were sent out onto the street to sell their bodies to raise money and find converts. Spouse swapping and bigamy are common practice within the sect but a much worse fate was forced upon the children of followers who were subject to sexual abuse. Now years later survivors are still trying to cope with what they endured during their time in this twisted fellowship. Viewers will hear from some of them along with a former Berg disciple. Cult of Personality is produced by KM+BM Media.

World’s Most Evil Killers “Angel of Mercy” – New episode premieres Wednesday, September 2 at 10pm ET/ 7pm PT. In July 2010 the body of 66-year-old John David Matthews was found in a bathtub full of water and bleach in his apartment. At first officers believed it was suicide but the autopsy pointed to something sinister. The medical examiner report showed that the victim was stabbed 18 times. Matthews’ neighbor Andrew Dawson immediately became a suspect. In 1981 an 18-year-old Dawson brutally murdered 91-year-old Henry Walsh and was sentenced to life in prison but only served 17 years. During their investigation into the Matthews murder police realized another tenant hadn’t been seen in days. After forced entry to the apartment of 58-year-old Paul Hancock they found his body in a bathtub full of water and bleach. Dawson was on the run but had left forensic clues at the scene including an imprint of a written confession and a single pink rose. Dawson had dubbed himself the ‘Angel of Mercy’. On July 31, 2010 Dawson was finally captured more than 200 miles away where he was found with seven knives in his backpack and in July 2011 he was given a life sentence. We interview former detective Jim Kay, detective Paul Callum and journalist Clifford Birchall. World’s Most Evil Killers is produced by Woodcut Media Ltd.

Bernie Mac: In My Own Words – New episode premieres Sunday, September 6 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. With never before heard audio recordings from the legendary late comic hear the personal experiences that molded Bernie Mac and are at the heart of his comedy. Born into poverty on the South side of Chicago Bernard McCullough was raised by his mother and grandmother. Inspired by comics Richard Pryor and Redd Foxx who made his mother laugh during trying times, Mac saw the impact comedy had firsthand and was determined to become a comic to help others overcome the kinds of tragedies he endured including the loss of his mother and brother when Mac was just a teenager. Meeting his wife-to-be Rhonda in high school was a turning point in his life as Mac dedicated himself to supporting his family. When he wasn’t working Mac was listening to comedy albums for hours until he started performing at open mic nights at local clubs. Mac broke out by winning the Miller Lite Comedy Contest hosted by the Wayans brothers and from there he went on to performing around the country and ultimately won national fame on Def Comedy Jam. Then came his tour de force on the Kings of Comedy followed by international success with The Bernie Mac Show and a string of hit movies. Mac was soaring when he was struck with a still mysterious disease called sarcoidosis which is an inflammatory condition that can stay dormant for decades before becoming terminal. Mac died at the young age of just 50 years old and remains in the pantheon of top comics of the modern era and is still missed and beloved by millions. Sharing their many experiences of life with Mac are his wife Rhonda McCullough, daughter Je’Niece McCullough, fellow comic and friend Cedric the Entertainer and friends Al Vernadum and Ali LeRoi. Bernie Mac: In My Own Words is produced by Espiritus Productions.

Lucille Ball: We Love Lucy – New special premieres Saturday, September 12 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. Lucille Ball didn’t just make millions of people laugh uproariously. She blazed a whole new path for women in the entertainment industry that still resonates today. Her bravery and willingness to try absolutely anything to elicit a chuckle changed the rules of television and made I Love Lucy a cultural phenomenon that averaged more than 30 million viewers per episode. Lucille Ball: We Love Lucy traces her journey from growing up on the dirt roads of Jamestown New York to stepping under the glittering lights of Hollywood. After moderately successful movie roles she became the Lucy the world knows and loves when I Love Lucy hit the airwaves. And the TV world was never the same. Ball continued to dazzle audiences with her inimitable physical comedy on The Lucy Show and Here’s Lucy but she was surprisingly serious off camera with her signature work ethic driving every move. Along with her husband and co-star Desi Arnaz the couple were shrewd enterprising business partners who when not on screen making audiences laugh had formed their own studio in Desilu Productions which was a groundbreaking move at the time. And even after their marriage failed Ball doubled down on her ambitions buying out Arnaz from Desilu Production and making history as the first female head of a major studio. Ball continued to build her entertainment empire with Desilu Productions cranking out hits for TV including introducing the world to the Star Trek and Mission: Impossible mega-franchises. Comedy legends Carol Burnett, Lily Tomlin, Debra Messing and Suzanne Somers share their personal stories of how they were uniquely inspired by Ball’s comic genius, and Keith Thibodeaux recalls his experiences on set as the TV son Little Ricky on I Love Lucy. Lucille Ball: We Love Lucy is produced by AMS Pictures.

Jimi Hendrix: A Perfect Murder? – New special premieres Saturday, September 19 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. By 1970 Jimi Hendrix was the biggest name in rock music with an unparalleled mastery of the guitar and a force of creativity with his first three albums all released in a two year period enshrined in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. But on September 18, 1970 Hendrix died in a London hospital at just 27 years old. The autopsy report listed overdose of sleeping pills and choking on his own vomit as cause of death. Dr. John Bannister at St. Mary Abbots Hospital tried to save Hendrix and later noted case oddities including pumping “2-3 bottles of red wine” from Hendrix something made even more curious by the autopsy report revealing low levels of alcohol in his blood and urine suggesting the wine entered his body just before death with no time to be absorbed. The autopsy report did not rule out suspicious circumstances. Immediately after rumors spread with one name standing out. Manager Mike Jeffery would become embroiled in the death after it is revealed he was at the core of major financial and personal problems for Hendrix. Sharing with viewers his first-hand experience with his brother is Leon Hendrix who provides insight into the private life of the superstar. Now 50 years later Jimi Hendrix remains a massive cultural influence and the open verdict on his death that does not rule out murder or suicide still elicits intrigue. Jimi Hendrix: A Perfect Murder? reveals the secret history of his manager Mike Jeffery and how he became the prime suspect in the death of Jimi Hendrix. Commentary from Harry Shapiro author of Electric Gypsy, Trixi Sullivan de Linick who was personal assistant to Mike Jeffery during his time managing Hendrix, Kathy Etchingham ex-girlfriend to Hendrix and radio DJ Paul Gambaccini among others. Jimi Hendrix: A Perfect Murder? is produced by Esky Digital.

Goodfellas: Behind Closed Doors – New special premieres Saturday, September 26 at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT. “Never rat on your friends and keep your mouth shut” was the sage advice first delivered 30 years ago when Goodfellas premiered in theaters. It was this maxim at the heart of mafia code that real life mob boss Henry Hill broke thus creating the source material for the masterful Hollywood monument to mob life that remains one of the most watched, quoted and celebrated organized crime movies of all time. Carrying the torch from The Godfather, Goodfellas was based on real events and recounts the rise and spectacular fall of Hill and his connected crew. In Goodfellas: Behind Closed Doors host Natalie Morales shows viewers the real stories behind the blockbuster and pop culture staple on its journey from a New York Times best-selling book to a cast of who’s who in Hollywood. Goodfellas: Behind Closed Doors features fresh interviews with actors Paul Sorvino and Christopher Serrone who played a young Henry Hill in the movie as well as Nicholas Pileggi who wrote Goodfellas based on his book Wiseguys, producer Irwin Winkler and interviews with the star-studded cast over the last three decades. Goodfellas: Behind Closed Doors is produced by Peacock Productions.
