When Hollywood came calling his charisma lit up screens around the world but despite the innumerable accolades at his core Elvis struggled with emotional volatility and childhood trauma. Now in Steven Avery: Confessions of a Killer Karl Wernecke who shared a prison cell with Steven Avery for three years reveals the making of Avery’s murderous mindset as he recounts years of private conversations they shared behind bars. From watching countless hours of true crime shows and listening to Avery comment on how he’d have covered up evidence in each case to his shocking and hateful outbursts aimed at female victims seen in the shows Wernecke reveals why he believes Avery is far from innocent in the Halbach case. Steven Avery: Confessions of a Killer is produced by AMS Pictures.
